Close and restart the Sunnah app on iPhone
Update Sunnah app to the Latest Version for iOS

Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Sunnah network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Sunnah app issues:

Force Stop the Sunnah App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Sunnah app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Sunnah to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sunnah App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Sunnah app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Sunnah.

Fix Sunnah unable to contact server/ Sunnah internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Sunnah » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Sunnah » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sunnah on android.
