Takes over 30 minutes to get a driver

Don't use it if you're in a hurry. The drivers always call to ask you what The address is after you've already typed it in. Then they complain about your cargo being too big after you've accurately specified its length. Even though they willingly chose to make their cargo space smaller, that's your problem not theirs. Such a hassle and waste of time.

Poor service

Driver called ahead to say he would be 15 minutes late, then called again, five minutes after he was supposed to arrive (while I was on the street with furniture), to say he would be another 25 minutes. Gogovan offered no solution. Simply said they would have other drivers try to call me. At least five did so over the next five minutes, and all hung up when I spoke in English. Did not get my move done and had to reschedule with a driver I trust. Never again.
