Don't use it if you're in a hurry. The drivers always call to ask you what The address is after you've already typed it in. Then they complain about your cargo being too big after you've accurately specified its length. Even though they willingly chose to make their cargo space smaller, that's your problem not theirs. Such a hassle and waste of time.
