Been using gogox for years until today encountered two guys overcharged for more manpower, and stayed not moving but faking delivery time. The platform simply ignored my complaint.

Don't use it if you're in a hurry. The drivers always call to ask you what The address is after you've already typed it in. Then they complain about your cargo being too big after you've accurately specified its length. Even though they willingly chose to make their cargo space smaller, that's your problem not theirs. Such a hassle and waste of time.

Driver called ahead to say he would be 15 minutes late, then called again, five minutes after he was supposed to arrive (while I was on the street with furniture), to say he would be another 25 minutes. Gogovan offered no solution. Simply said they would have other drivers try to call me. At least five did so over the next five minutes, and all hung up when I spoke in English. Did not get my move done and had to reschedule with a driver I trust. Never again.

GoGoXGoGoVan247Delivery / service are below expectations. The map functionality is poor, it doesn't know ERP and can't fully estimate the delivery charges, and there is no payment gateway in GoGoXGoGoVan247Delivery . In this world of Uber, Lyft, etc. it's really surprising that this baseline functionality is missing.

GoGoXGoGoVan247Delivery is good - allows one to book vans. The options of configurable labor services as addons is very useful and intuitive.
But much to my disappointment, GoGoXGoGoVan247Delivery is not available on many country app stores. My friend from India could not use Gogovan in Singapore for moving paintings at Affordable Art Fair because her app store did not have GoGoXGoGoVan247Delivery . Disappointing.

First time using to send a parcel. Driver is nice, polite and punctual. Driver very proactive, called me immediately when couldn’t get through to the recipient. Parcel was delivered 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Easy to find van. Got matched with a driver in about 15 seconds. Van arrived in 10 min as estimated.

Best way to get goods and pets around Hong Kong, especially if you need some people along for the ride. The only way it would be better is if they could tie payment directly to a credit card.
