Summary of Ayah Problems 🔥

- One small issue regarding Ibn Jozai's tafsir

- Page layout not identical to the normal Quran

- Some ayas don't end exactly where they do on the normal Quran due to font

- Missing indicator at the bottom of each page showing the number of the last verse on the page vs the total number of verses in the surah.

HI DEAR, I want to enter TO the app but its not working, it shows AYAH KEEPS STOPPING ?!! Please inform us what is the reason for the problem and how can i fix it? THANKS

How to fix Ayah app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ayah app on iPhone
Update Ayah app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ayah iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ayah on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ayah network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Ayah Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Ayah not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ayah App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ayah » click [Force Stop]

Update Ayah to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ayah App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ayah » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ayah.

Fix Ayah unable to contact server/ Ayah internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ayah » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ayah » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ayah
