Summary of Ayah Problems 😠👌🔥

- One small issue regarding Ibn Jozai's tafsir

- Page layout not identical to the normal Quran

- Some ayas don't end exactly where they do on the normal Quran due to font

- Missing indicator at the bottom of each page showing the number of the last verse on the page vs the total number of verses in the surah.

How to fix Ayah app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ayah app on iPhone
Update Ayah app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ayah iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ayah on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ayah network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Ayah app issues:

Force Stop the Ayah App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Ayah app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Ayah to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ayah App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Ayah app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Ayah.

Fix Ayah unable to contact server/ Ayah internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Ayah » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Ayah » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ayah on android.
