Horrible, NOT use Friendly

Worst mobile forms app I have ever used. Constant sessions expired every day. Tap the camera icon to take a pic, only to have to make another selection (totally unnecessary when you could have a camera and a file icon separate to select). Camera button is bottom center screen, ridiculous placement considering a lot of photos are taken with iPads and Tablets making it hard to hold what you’re taking a photo of, tape measure, or a ladder and also the IPad/Tablet and hit the picture button unless you have 3 hands. No option to save photos from a form. Deleting a photo doesn’t completely remove it. I could go on and on, but I already waste enough time using the horrible app.
Major headache

Every time I submit a picture I have to restart the process of filling out a form. The tower numbers are also not in order so rather than scrolling to my tower I have to look through the list to find the one I need. Oh, and there are three of each tower on the list. It’s also difficult to zoom in on the photo to ensure I chose the correct one from my camera roll. I think it would be simpler if I chose the tower I wanted and uploaded all the pictures required rather than restarting the form for each individual component. I’m gonna use my $60 each month to drink away the pain brought on by this app.
Works Pretty Well with One Exception

Most of the function is very straightforward and works well with one exception. When I go into use voice to text software built into the Apple phone it does a pretty faithful job of printing out what I want said. The huge problem is that if I don’t go in and do something with the text using the keypad, even as small as adding a single space, when I go back to the main page it loses all of what I had just dictated. Completely infuriating! If they can fix this one problem they will get a double thumbs up for me.
