Tried to scan with my iPhone pro 12. Keep getting an alignment error code where it says move closer to your previous scan how ever it’s my first scan. Tried multiple spaces but none work
First scans are not aligning or registering. I've had this issue with the Matterport pro2 camera and the iPhone 14pro
Hi! We just recently got the Pro3 camera and we are doing a large job (over 500 Scans) everything was working fine till we hit the 500 scan mark. Since then the app keeps crashing after each scan as it's trying to align. Also, when trying to delete a scan that was misaligned it takes up to 3 minutes to delete the scan off the app. This seems to be an app issue. Please Help us as this is super frustrating.
Android Galaxy Flip 3 5G.... can start up the app just fine, but once i click the button to start 'Capturing', I can see what my camera sees for about one second, then my screen goes black (while still having the radial button staying in the center) and the text just says 'Capturing' and it stays black for up to 3 minutes (i just close app after that time). Nothing I do changes anything. I can't use my phone camera with this app.
Says it has aligned perfectly. Makes the kitchen cupboards all wavy and a mess. Scanned 4 times now. Doesn't change
Once I start the scan my screen turned black with the white dot. No matter what I do it doesn’t change or do anything
Finished the scan. 3 floors nothing big. When I try to upload the plan the app closes… Restarted—- logged out—- still the same
Capture app keeps crashing after every scan. Only 170 scans in. Crashes even after 360 images
During a scan the. App ,I know out and I have to reopen and resend the last scan.
I'm trying to upload my first project from a Pro2 camera to the cloud from my Ipad. Each time I try to upload, it reaches 6% then just shows a red exclamation mark within a red cloud. Why will it not work?
