I used their software for a while and it was ok. The problem is the I don’t need it anymore and tried to reach the support in order to cancel my subscription but no one answers for almost 6 months ( of course they keep charging me!) shame!

Every time I attempt to call I get a voice mail. The app will not allow me to adjust the abstract units. Additionally, the scan feature isn’t really useful. I thought I’d be able to scan a product, enter the recipe and cost and get a useful nutritional facts and menu cost.

Worked great initially, but lately it keeps losing recipes I’ve built and isn’t syncing data automatically. Not sure what happened that it’s having so many issues now :(
