I order the Keto selection of meals from Green Chef. I have been a customer for two years. My meal delivery did not arrive today (Monday), the day designated for meal delivery. Please remove the charge from my credit card for the delivery not made today. This is a real problem for someone on Keto for medical reasons.
I just seen that my credit card has been charged. I don't want the order and I wish to cancel.

My first experience with Green Chef after ordering over 100 boxes with my previous meal box service was very bad. I ordered vegan meals and noticed in the confirmation email that the meals shipping to me weren’t vegan so I reached out to customer service and they said luckily we caught it in time and they “fixed it” … when my meals arrived they were different than the meals in the confirmation emails but still not fixed and all contained dairy products so I reached out again extremely frustrated after accidentally ingesting dairy! And the solution was to give me a refund for the 40% off box of food that I couldn’t eat and they were unable to pass the 40% off discount on to my first actual week of food the following week. So not only did I unknowingly eat dairy and have to throw away the meals which is extremely wasteful, I also didn’t benefit from the new customer promotion at all. I asked for a manager to move the 40% first box promotion to my actual first box after the mess up but was still charged over $90 for my first real box. If this was the first experience and best foot forward for a brand new client, then I’m afraid I don’t want to stick around to see what the longer term experience is like so I’m switching to Purple Carrot.

Can’t depend on this service for anything. 2 of 2 weeks were delivered late. The first week I could salvage most ingredients but today I received a box more than a day late and completely spoiled. Can’t rely on this at all; planned grocery trips and budget around the boxes and now I have to rework my whole week.
I had the same issue in Aug 2020 when I tried for the first time. All 3 boxes all delivered late and spoiled, the last one coming 5 days late and soaking through the box. Chalked it up at the time to the pandemic and tried again this month. But still the same delivery issues.
Don’t waste your time, money, or the food with this service. Consistent delivery issues that have not been resolved.

The meals themselves are almost always really good. But since I’m reviewing the app, it’s important to note that it’s so bad that it is making me consider cancelling.
It’s extremely barebones after the latest update, and only allows you to view it menus for the next few weeks, visit an FAQ, and send “free” boxes to friends. The biggest issue is there’s almost no way at all to go and view historical orders (which is useful if you get the wrong recipe card, see if a credit was applied, or just want to see what you ordered that week once it ships as there is literally no way to do this right now).
Even the emails they send you that contain links to next week’s recipes have been wrong for the past month or so and just have a bunch of random menu items that are not available once you log in to choose them, and the links within the emails that are supposed to take you to your Order History just go to the homepage after signing in.
I’m not sure why this was changed as everything worked fine before, but now it’s incredibly frustrating to use.
