Every time I attempt to call I get a voice mail. Fillet will not allow me to adjust the abstract units. Additionally, the scan feature isn’t really useful. I thought I’d be able to scan a product, enter the recipe and cost and get a useful nutritional facts and menu cost.

I used their software for a while and it was ok. The problem is the I don’t need it anymore and tried to reach the support in order to cancel my subscription but no one answers for almost 6 months ( of course they keep charging me!) shame!

Worked great initially, but lately it keeps losing recipes I’ve built and isn’t syncing data automatically. Not sure what happened that it’s having so many issues now :(

Everything was ok until scanning the products or ingredients was a flap. I was putting all the data until this scanner flopped. So I tried manual and check if perhaps it’s just couple of items. Well it’s all the items are not recognized.

When I downloaded Fillet last month I fell in love with it . Really useful and saves a lot of time at work.
Today I subscribed to have the complete version app but since I did that Fillet is not working on my telephone anymore ,and it’s hard to get help from the support center.
I kind of regret I had subscribed, I already had some work done on Fillet and now I can’t keep working on it.
Hopefully it will be fixed soon, but right now I’m losing all the time that I’ve been able to save with Fillet.

I just can’t seem to find the way to switch up the language. I’m using Fillet and my aunt and grandma want to use it too but don’t know English. It says it’s in 10 languages but I can’t find the way to do it :/

Love this easy to use app. It has everything you need and does all the math for you!! My only complaint is there’s no way to access the info via desktop. It would be incredible to be able to use online and share the data with others. Otherwise, solid app and any small business would benefit from using it!

I just started a sweet treats business. I was really struggling with pricing and worried that I would over or under charge myself. Fillet solved my problem and I am so relieved!

This is perfect for custom catering orders and product costing. So easy to use and kinda fun!!

But how do I add kitchen time to this? I use a commercial kitchen and need to track the cost of usage. Thanks!!

Fillet is so fun to use. I love that I can put in my ingredients and then select that ingredient and put an amount. It is so easy. Much better then trying to do it with a calculator!

Hey guys this thing is the bomb. The only pay that I currently have at the moment is moving an entire production report of recipes here, but that is just the work on my end.

Being a mom and a home baker has its difficulties, add in food cost marketing and math lol just a mess! Until I learned how to use Fillet omg! First of all I’ve been basically giving product away, plus the amount of time doing this by hand is crazy! I love Fillet and will always use it! Thank you soo much !!

It’s showing me error every few seconds saying session times out or ssl connection not secured

FIrst time I had ever changed a review. They were super helpful. Still need to better with being compatible with other devices, but soon enough.

Awesome app! Will it include the option to list the full weight of a recipe in the near future? It already does the total calories, but an automatic listing of the total weight would be awesome to quickly calculate shipping costs.

Fillet is perfect to help starting and small businesses on how to calculate cost for their products.

Super useful and time saving...if only I could export my data, even for a nominal fee, but Fillet is great

I had to contact the support team because it would not use the currency for my region, even though it is on their list. The problem seems to be in the fact that they don’t know the monetary system. The system I use doesn’t haven’t dollars and cents.

Only solution is to set region to a country like japan.. which the. Makes the whole iPad system off time.

Still looking for a reasonable solution because Fillet looks promising.
