Rave discriminates against students who attend multiple universities
I attend classes in a partnership program between two different colleges with two different campuses. The app will not allow the addition of more than one email address; therefore, no more than one campus can be available in the app. It can not be changed. So I have to choose with which campus I want to use the Guardian app. When contacting Rave, they said the app is working as intended. Universities need to stop contracting with this company until they offer equal safety to all students who attend. Extremely poor development foresight.

Stuck in loop
Continuous loop asking for location services and the only way to stop it is to turn off the phone completely. Then quickly close app once the phone is on again. It should give warning or allow user the option to cancel request without getting the phone stuck in an endless loop. You cannot do anything while it’s constantly blinking asking you to turn on location services. Good thing I did not have an emergency at the time!

Useless because won’t acknowledge my account
This App is useless. It keeps going back to the sign-up screen even after it confirms my info and logs me in. So if there’s danger this App isn’t going to save anyone. And there is no place to get developer help. Whatever my school paid for this service is too much. I do not recommend.
