I’ve used mmguardian off and on for years. I’m no longer able to download reports without plugging their phone into my computer. How do I monitor while they are away from home?

Not reliable

A lot of text messages and Facebook messages are not showing up. Names of people are incorrect and listed under the wrong group texts. It’s all scrambled around.
