Hi. I've been using the App every day for a couple weeks, no problem. A couple hours ago, it stopped opening. The App automatically closes about a second after I open it. I've tried rebooting the phone, and reinstalling the App. Thanks!

How to fix AlgoApp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AlgoApp app on iPhone
Update AlgoApp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AlgoApp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AlgoApp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AlgoApp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AlgoApp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AlgoApp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AlgoApp App
1. On android, goto Settings » AlgoApp » click [Force Stop]

Update AlgoApp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AlgoApp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AlgoApp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AlgoApp.

Fix AlgoApp unable to contact server/ AlgoApp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AlgoApp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AlgoApp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AlgoApp
