Listen… The design and layout for GUESS is so outdated! It doesn’t even fill the whole screen on my Pro Max. It’s like it’s made for the iPhone 4S.
This is solely the reason why I don't use it to make purchases online. It’s as if you only want me to go to a physical store to buy something (during a pandemic). Your this app, I’m more than sure you have the funds to prioritize this issue an have it updated immediately to join us in 2021.
At this point, I’ll uninstall GUESS but once you take this feedback and finally decide to make the change… Please notify me and maybe I’ll be able to buy something online now with my iPhone.

It’s really frustrating to use GUESS . I don’t understand why they can’t fix all the bugs. I’m sure there’s enough money to fix this issue. App is always shutting down and doesn’t save anything in my cart. So many times I walk away from buying anything cause I just get so annoyed with GUESS .

Why did the spin for points challenge go away? If you want people to buy your stuff, incentives like that is the way to do it. Bring it back please.

GUESS moves slow, freezes often and I can’t spend more than 5 minutes on it before it completely closes on its own.

I, like so many others, Love this app clothing, but just in the last month I have had so many problems with GUESS. I wanted to purchase a item in my bag but couldn’t log in, called this app customer service to make sure my email info was correct, ended up changing my password, finally got logged in and there were 8 extra items in my bag that I hadn’t put in there, ended up ordering my item at the store, I keep getting logged out of my app and now I can’t login at all, it keeps telling me my email or password is invalid.... what the hell am supposed to do???

I would love to love GUESS but it never works. I can never open my shopping cart. All the pages take forever to load. It feels a little pointless for me to even have GUESS if I need to go to the website to make purchases.

After the last updates on 1/30 I cannot log in. Constantly tells me my password is incorrect, when it is absolutely correct

I enter my email and the correct password and it says I logged in but then when I click on a item it asks me to sign in again. Horrible app

App has gone from horrible to worse... didn’t think it could get more frustrating than it already was. I’m starting to think twice about even going through the trouble. After trying to figure out this stupid update with the password, come to find my account is not linking...coupon codes not working and I’m being charged for shipping...WTH! I’m Elite!!!! Smh

There is a women woot here from Mexico she speak spanish language and she refuse to tell me her name I think it’s Jennifer or Jeffie and doesn’t want to help me on GUESS to take the 15 percent off and I want pay for the t shirt she doesn’t help me and she’s shouting and screaming you can check the camera at the store how she treats me and I love this app clothes and I always buy from there I don’t know how you let her working there she should be more nice with the customers

Definitely GUESS needs to be updated, I’m kinda surprised that this app has not looked into this?..very odd I love the cloths but disappointing that it won’t save my wish lists or size I chose, I can’t even edit or update my own account info from GUESS . Even my credit card info is never saved I always have to enter it. So frustrating, shopping is supposed to be relaxing.

This is the worst app I have, I honestly LOVE this app ! But how can I ever even buy anything when I get kicked out like literally every second I’m on GUESS , both this app apps at that. And as expensive as this app is you guys can’t at least have the decency to have gold filled, sterling silver, or at least have surgical steel jewelry ??????? What the hell is gold tone smh !!!!!!!!!! Seriously unsatisfied new customer who’s trying to purchase my Christmas shopping but can’t because I keep getting kicked off both apps !!!!!!!

Takes too long to load and the check out process is terrible. I would have to purchase online not using GUESS at times. I still love the clothes.

I continue to get the error message “Unable to load products”. And when something does load it’s sold out. GUESS is it worth the download

I always love shopping from this app but this time checking out is a big problem it always says log in and reset password!!!!! Pls fix it!!!!

Everytime I try to use GUESS for this app and for this app factory it force closes. How can I keep my elite status if I can’t get on GUESS . Please fix it so I can order more clothes from both the apps.

When is this feature available?
Have been waiting for months for the Spin wheel feature to be available again.

It was a very useful function and made want to shop with this app. However, without that fun feature it makes me feel not to spend my time and resources at this app. Please resolve this issue ASAP!

Can’t seem to check out any of the items I have added to my shopping cart, on top of that, the shopping cart menu won’t even load up or update after removing items. Perhaps, fixing these will bring more users to GUESS instead of us having to go online and order our items through there. It’s a huge hassle and inconvenience to us this app shoppers. I still love this app

I love this app, it’s my favorite brand but they’re so glitchy in GUESS
I got 20 points one time which would’ve put me over the 200 mark and it never got added to my account
Also GUESS is very slow, when looking at the page of some clothes, tapping out is delayed by a minimum of 3-5 seconds

There's no "Back" button. It's annoying to shop and not be able to return to the previous page. You have to start from the home page every time. Please add a QR reader so we can scan the tag on jeans and save our favorites. Update with back button and QR would be a plus. Great app besides that. Love this app!!
