Frustrating

The latest update of this app prevents it even from loading. The app is stuck on the start page and won’t go forward. Even before that, when I could use the app, the functionality was very limited. You could not effectively change your flight or select seats. You had do call them, and LOT would charge you $46 for just taking your call + any change fees. They said you I should have used their app or site to modify my flight but when I told them that the app / site functionality was broken, they verified it and waived the fee. LOT is a cheap service, and I don’t mean “inexpensive”. Buggy, outdated, low budget without any regard for their customers. Very disappointed.
Garbage app

We booked our flights to Poland and then downloaded this app in the hopes of utilizing it like any other airline app. However, after signing up, the app has been completely worthless. If I click “my account,” it’s just the spinning dashes/wheel and nothing ever appears. I tried to add my flight to the app with our booking reference # and my surname - repeated error message and never works. Would love to know how to remedy this asap. Immensely frustrating.
Bad Customer Service

Do not fly with them they don’t care about people getting delayed ruining their travel itinerary. They cancel the flight with out any advisory not giving a valid a reason why their flight got cancelled. And when you try to get compensation for damages they have made they will just ignore you. EU should look in how they handle their customers. Rating should be ZERO but it wont allow the review to be posted.
