I don't have a booking number even though I already booked a flight. They charged my credit card though.
I have been charged for Megavolotea Plus renewal but I never choose automatic renewal and now I want to get refund but I cannot get in contact with anywone and there is no dedicated space for this complain. I also want to delete my credit card info from my volotea account but the system does not allow me to do so. Please help me!

I have been charged extra baggage on 3 tickets issued by Volotea where it says I was allowed 1 check in bag for each passenger of 23 kg. The airline travelled was Aegean airlines. They charged me $180.00 at the airport gif 3 check in bags. They stated that Aegean airlines always has problem with volotea airlines. I feel that we being the customer, we have been cheated by volotea airlines on this, and I would like a credit to be issued to my account for $180.00

Worst app ever. Tried to set up account. Took me three tries. Finally booked as a guest. Then app kept locking up and freezing. Took me 45 minute to book the flight!
