Mobiett keeps crashing. It is also very usual not to show buses on which stops during trips. Schedules frequesntly do not load. Surprisingly bus some times appear to move against the direction. It is most likely the app is overly used since schools started. It may need a load test. It has become not helpful at all.

How to fix Mobiett app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mobiett app on iPhone
Update Mobiett app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mobiett iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mobiett on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mobiett network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mobiett Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mobiett not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mobiett App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mobiett » click [Force Stop]

Update Mobiett to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mobiett App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mobiett » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mobiett.

Fix Mobiett unable to contact server/ Mobiett internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mobiett » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mobiett » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mobiett
