Worst app implementation EVER

There was no notification for needing to create a new account until this week. When you call the help phone number listed in the app it puts you into an endless loop. Found a different number to call online and they couldn’t help. On the 3rd or 4th try I finally got someone who could submit a ticket for support. I got an email from support with yet another phone number that put me into a different endless loop!
No I find out that all of my past date will just be lost?!?! This is a ridiculously poor user experience, especially since we will be forced to use the app after December!!
Can’t log in

Doesn’t work. Can’t log in. Can log in using the same credentials across multiple browsers and OSs, but the same log/pass won’t work in the app. Then when you click “forgot password” it says it sent you a text that never arrives. How can you POSSIBLY have actually released such worthless software?!? Disgraceful.
Account Does Not Transfer From Website to App

The web account does not transfer over to the app. I even reset my password for accessing WeGoTogether on the website and the app does not recognize the account. The app not linking or recognizing the online account defeats the purpose of having the app to begin with!! ☹️
