There was no notification for needing to create a new account until this week. When you call the help phone number listed in WeGoTogether it puts you into an endless loop. Found a different number to call online and they couldn’t help. On the 3rd or 4th try I finally got someone who could submit a ticket for support. I got an email from support with yet another phone number that put me into a different endless loop!
No I find out that all of my past date will just be lost?!?! This is a ridiculously poor user experience, especially since we will be forced to use WeGoTogether after December!!
Doesn’t work. Can’t log in. Can log in using the same credentials across multiple browsers and OSs, but the same log/pass won’t work in WeGoTogether . Then when you click “forgot password” it says it sent you a text that never arrives. How can you POSSIBLY have actually released such worthless software?!? Disgraceful.
The web account does not transfer over to WeGoTogether . I even reset my password for accessing this app on the website and WeGoTogether does not recognize the account. WeGoTogether not linking or recognizing the online account defeats the purpose of having WeGoTogether to begin with!! ☹️
I can’t even fathom the words. Basically I don’t know I had to create a new account until I read the reviews. I had called MULTIPLE TIMES, given the run around, endless loop, case numbers that DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Congrats to the developers and the company on being the ABSOLUTE worst app, UX, customer support, implementation and QC. DO BETTER
I had downloaded WeGoTogether before and I thought they fix the problems. I tried signing in and it wouldn’t take my password. It works fine on the website.
I have tried more than once to set up my “new account” with WeGoTogether. I get to the part where I enter the verification code for my phone number and it errors out each time. The message says “Oops!” Something is wrong on their end. Please fix this before I give up altogether.
In order to use WeGoTogether you have to set up a whole new account and it doesn’t import the data from the web application. For a company like Novo Nordisk, that’s literally making billions and billions of euros from this medication, it seems unfathomable that they couldn’t afford to pay someone to come up with a way to migrate users’ accounts and data from one platform to another but it seems you can at least add the data manually. Otherwise WeGoTogether seems ok.
Great app. Love the new group coaching. It’s what I’ve been waiting for. Thank you wegovy for making this available. ❤️
I have loved using WeGoTogether to help me learn more about my medicine. The coaching is a great added bonus, it has kept me motivated!
