These people are literally thieves. The app is so confusing and continues to take you back to a page where they try to get more money out of you quoting different prices for the same thing you just purchased and then when you wanna unsubscribe, they make sure that it’s virtually impossible for you to get to a place where you can unsubscribe even though they tell you, you can unsubscribe at any time no, you can’t. They are stealing people’s money.

I was charged $4.99 for premium access. When I tried to locate the facility that my brother is in I found out that this app only supports a limited number of correctional facilities, none of which are in Idaho where my brother is located.

If I could have given it a zero star I would have. It doesn’t even list my loved one’s facility and I can’t get any response to my help request. JPay was so much better
