I cannot access my account

I have been banned for no reason, I’m not sure what I did wrong I have been following all the rules. I would like an explanation as to why I was banned I also tried to contact Meetme since so can’t log back in for some reason it keeps saying error. I am very confused why I got banned please explain this to me.

I wanna make a suggestion that if skout and meetme have safely secured these apps properly and meetme is already making security verification purposes, od like to suggest an idea for fully securing the app and completely leaves your company risk free of legal matters by way of loophole. verification by face and still using the app with less freedom of your use on the app is not really securing it. You should assure a legal agreement check box to authorizing the app to not only facial recognition for the user but also state id or drivers license. Assure in the agreement to proceed that no ones identity will be authorized access by anyone outside security and staff of the meetinc. this way there is verified age because honestly if there a lot of girls saying yes to agreement on skout and still on meetme and even put birth date as shows they're 25 23 20 so on. Eliminate the problem with id matches facial recognition verification and dont give the option after they've already gotten access to send messages. This will also eliminate 65 % of the spam bot users that are only trying to advertise fake cam girl websites. One other problem is you can also support security and enforce scare tactic by disclosing in agreement that if you're found giving or posting on profile to search another social media app like snapchat and kik messenger, which are untraceable accounts to scam people that are unaware of identity theft through social media and prostitution scams. By having their id and facial recognition to prove they really are said user if anyone does fall victim to such scams by other apps found through your social app you can contact the proper authorities to resolve the issue that I've been a user and met too many other people that felt time wasted talking to someone that had false intentions of what that app stands for. eliminate underage users and sex offenders from your apps, eliminate spam profiles, eliminate people's victimization to prostitution and identity and theft scams. instead of trying to say well we covered these areas legally already, why not stand out as the number one secure social media apps. If you dont add facial with the id cards recognition security , do you actually have proof how old these girls and boys are on the live videos?
