La app no permite crear un usuario

He estado intentando durante varios días crear un usuario pero después de poner todos mis datos no me permite avanzar. Ya intenté de distintas maneras (con mi curp y con mi pasaporte y desde otro celular) y ninguna opción me permite avanzar al recuadro donde dice siguiente cuando estoy llenando el formulario. Ojalá se pueda resolver este error, tan pronto como pueda crear un usuario cambiaré la puntuación de la app ☺️
