Keeps displaying unable to connect to servers or invalid token. App sucks and needs fixed
Their network or servers might be down. Or it might be your app. Or it might be your device. Which one is it? You’ll never know because they don’t have feedback or options to contact customer support. Or they’re not forward leaning with network issues.
PrecisionHub doesn’t work. Says server is down when trying to register account.
PrecisionHub instructions indicate steps to connect to Apple Health however, the ‘Sync to 3rd party Apps’ option is non-existent under Profile section of PrecisionHub .
Bought a scale but have been unable to register due to server being unavailable.
For days couldn’t connect to server. Resetting the password kept saying wrong password. Just plain frustrating.
What the heck is wrong
With the network? Haven’t been able to connect in over a week. Cant even get in to see my previous data.
App provides the following message when users attempt to login: "Temporarily unable to connect to the server, please try again later"
Just bought the precision scale from Costco, get it home and try and register on PrecisionHub , and constantly get a “Temporarily unable to connect to server” error message as soon as I launch PrecisionHub . Not foreseeing great things for PrecisionHub.
Can’t even register for app because it says it cannot connect to the server. I have tried turning off my phone, turning off WiFi, using my iPad to log in. Nothing works. Worthless scale if PrecisionHub won’t download.
I’ve only been able to log in about 3 times since buying my scale and downloading PrecisionHub. It consistently brings up an error stating that it can not connect to the server. Hopefully they can fix this
My network notified me that PrecisionHub is transferring data to and from China. If you don’t care about data privacy, then have at it. Who knows what data PrecisionHub is mining from your phone to send back to China?! Uninstalling PrecisionHub and returning the scale.
Please test your app. Does not function. The register button is not enabled. One goes to register and is never able to hit the register button after choosing your email and password. I’ve tried to reinstall app and still nothing. What a shame!
can’t create an account or register my email because it constantly says “temporarily unable to connect to server. please try again later.” would love to actually use/look at the additional information provided i could ever login.
You can’t register as the register button never enables.
When you try to submit your feedback on app, you can’t submit because keyboard doesn’t open to type anything. Which is a required field.
Basic testing is not performed on PrecisionHub
App records the weight and other data readings from a weigh in…Only by manually reconnecting to the scale on my phone every single time. Feels weird that with all the Bluetooth capabilities this wasn’t something that was accounted for.
It's worth "free", I guess. Doesn't offer much. Very disappointing. IMO, Taylor blew it. If they wanna sell equipment give the customer a great app that takes them further and offer on line onboarding lesson to promote healthy lifestyle coaching. All because of you're app. Contact me. I'll lead it.
PrecisionHub itself is fine, but no connection to the health app is a big miss.
