Waste of money

Says you need to download TouchHub and register and when you do it sends a code to your email, the code is 6 digits long I try to put it in but TouchHub says an 8-14 digit code is required, tried to click app support it’s all in a different language so there’s no way to try and figure out how to get this thing to connect to my Bluetooth to even work, flavor is mid only reason I’d buy again is for the the Bluetooth music feature if I ever get it to work

I tried to use TouchHub but you can’t even create an account. It kept saying “bad serve response” I would not recommend TouchHub

Doesn’t let me do anything with my vape, keeps giving bad server connection message and unable to do anything other than hit the vape

Won’t even let me make an account to use it. Completely worthless if I need an account to do anything on it and it won’t even let me make one.

Can’t register or use visitor sign in so I cannot get past the main menu. This could literally contain the secret of life in it and it wouldn’t matter because it cannot be accessed

Got my first VT vape today connected it. It worked fine now it just connects and disconnects from Bluetooth constantly. I have reset my phone reset the vape factory reset the vape turn on and on off Bluetooth deleted device done all the troubleshooting steps on TouchHub and everything and I can’t even use the vape for what it’s intended for, besides vaping, but I have zero Bluetooth connectivity

Not a very good app. Can’t find any info about them on the web.

I’m more mad at myself for buying this. It even tastes bad. TouchHub doesn’t work. Sends u a 4 digit verification code and ask for a 8 digit code. This thing is a complete piece of junk. Can’t go wrong with a GEEK BAR!

Can’t text, can’t call, can’t play music and you basically can’t do much of anything but change your wallpaper & few other meaningless settings. Definitely could’ve just bought a regular vape. Very disappointing.

All you can do is set wallpapers and that’s about it, music player doesn’t work, Facebook, twitter, everything… I wish I bought a Geekbar instead. Don’t waste your time downloading TouchHub.

It won’t let me create an account or even use the visitor login. Just keeps saying “can’t find host”

You can’t really do much. I just wish you could add a secondary device to it.

i cant connect my vape to TouchHub for some reason , when i go to search for it nothing shows up but the bluetooth is on .

TouchHub give a “Bad server” notification. That’s the only thing I can get out of it. It will not allow any log in even when selecting the Guest Login option. The vape I bought requires the software to work properly. I am really disappointed to say the least.

Theirs games with the moon man theme, maybe others . when you connect Bluetooth audio it does play my music from my phone like any other Bluetooth speaker. Can download different screens and locate the vape from TouchHub if lost.

i just bought the v-touch 30000 and i downloaded TouchHub and got as far as add device it want let me add a devise it keeps saying my vape is in diconnect mode and make sure my blue tooth is turned on what am i doing wrong

Love the features. Can’t get TouchHub to work. Keep saying bad server response when registering or login as visitor.

If u want to have a wallpaper of ur own custom n play music n etc,after u connect to TouchHub u haft to be connected to Bluetooth playin music n when ur customizing ur wallpaper just let it download n u will be able to use everything

so can someone explain why whenever i try and do anything on TouchHub it just tells me bad server response including make an account i haven’t made it passed that part yet

Not sure why this isn’t working for other people, everything’s working for me just fine. I lose my phone and my vape all the time but not lately. I love it!

I figured it out at first I was upset. Do not sync the device from your phone. If you’ve already downloaded TouchHub go to TouchHub and sync it through there but make sure your Bluetooth is on. It will work then.

go into your bluetooth settings “forget device” get TouchHub and click “find device” it will then find the vape. then you will have access to all the features!!

Everything works fine for me. I can call and use all the features. Had to use the setting and instructions to help out!!
