While some of the effects are pretty cool, it seems like there aren’t many to choose from, also what’s with the credits?? If I pay a membership I shouldn’t also have to worry about credits.
I also attempted to make two pictures, one as the hugging one, with my grandma and my daughter… for some reason it made my 10 year old daughter look 50.
I wish I could get a refund.

Paid 34 for a year and app states I still have to buy credits to make a video👎🏽👎🏽. They Will not offer refund

Do not use AIVideo

They make you pay for a membership and you only get 5 credits. Once you run out, you have to pay for more credits. They should at least have it to where you get more credits each day. I do not recommend AIVideo as they rob you.

AIVideo take payment but doesn’t produce videos. I receive errors messages. Don’t buy!!!

I was charged $35 for a trial and it doesn’t work. Every time I try it says that I don’t have enough credits. Why do I need credits when they charged me $35?

Little annoying that you can do anything without paying💀 wish you got a few free credits a day or something.

They keep saying to turn photo into ai, you have to pay. I thought it wasn’t working or had a bug so I kept trying and it kept asking me to pay. Now they have my money, SEVERAL PAYMENTS of 7.99 and it NEVER DID WORK. Disputing payments. GOT ME EFF’d UP

Paid for a yearly subscription and haven’t been able to edit one picture it gives an error everytime

Bought a full subscription and got an error message every time I tried to animate a video. Then added credits, and none showed up on my account. Took my money and did nothing.

I Purchased the annual subscription, and got 50 credits. Used it twice, and now keep getting error. Once you buy the annual, you should not have to keep purchasing credits. Most other companies refresh your credits each day.
