I forgot I had a this app account from a few years ago, and created a new account, linked my number, submitted KYC and then got the account suspended. I sent in a ticket after they told me the email of my old account and requested if my number could be unlinked from the second account so I could link it to my original account.

It was 3 weeks of email tag from their outsourced Ukrainian support team and then I had my ticket closed without getting an answer relevant to my question. They purposely ignored my question and gave answers that did not have any relation to what I was talking about.

I will be leaving bad one star reviews on every platform I can think of. I was polite and patient until I could never get a straight answer then got my ticket closed without a resolution.

I’ve had my this app account for a couple of years, and never had issues before. Stopped using it for a while, but now “balance verification required” so I can’t withdraw my earnings. Won’t let me enter my ID or anything. I contacted support a week ago and received no response. Be careful folks.

Never pay out the way they say they will.. when you sign up they give you a bonus make it easy for you to cash out your first dollars thereafter it becomes very difficult as it takes weeks sometimes a month just to earn a buck they give you pennies for your time invested very difficult to reach milestones I wouldn’t recommend Scrambly unless you’re looking for something extremely challenging it takes days, weeks sometimes a month, just to catch out a buck. There are many other apps that give you higher conversion rate for your time and effort!!!

When I go to withdraw the money I’ve rightfully earned, I am informed that “Balance Verification Is Required. Contact Support For Assistance.” But when you contact support they never answer. I’ve been waiting for over a week. So if I can’t cash out Scrambly is a complete scam, so don’t waste a moment of your time.

this app is a scam! I’ve been using Scrambly for a while, and today they closed my account and took my reward balance for absolutely no reason‼️ immediately after spending my money on an offer and receiving the reward‼️ I’ve took loses on offers before by not being rewarded for them but this is going too far

Iv made hundreds of dollars on the web page with very little issue but Scrambly starts to open and closes itself immediately if you fix it I’ll try again but being it won’t stay open I give Scrambly 1 star till it’s fixed then I’ll update the review. Hope it gets fixed soon

I’ve played many games and many offers with Scrambly and you will get paid some more than others but there’s many times Scrambly doesn’t register your achievements or your levels that you’ve completed which intern you have to fill out a support ticket and they get back to you within 3 to 8 days most of the time not rewarding, you the full amount of your points. They’ve cashed me out plenty of $1.dollars $2 and even five dollars. But I just hit Big and have 24,000 points which is $24 ready to redeem. I try to redeem 20 and now I have to do some double verification. It says to message support and they’ll fix it right away. I messaged them and what do you know it says they’re gonna try to get to me but can take up to eight days Now I just spent my time trying to get that big bonus. Just have to wait on it if they’re even gonna give it to me so be prepared for the headache the weight, the aggravation, the hard work sweat, and tears.

I found this app originally through the chime app, so when I saw that there was an app for it I was stoked. Unfortunately though it doesn’t keep track of any games I play and so it’s really just useless..super disappointed…guess I’ll just keep using it through chime

Works great but every time it says I have steps… it tells me I need to allow my phone to see them. But I get a notification telling me to claim my steps. It was working in the beginning but I’m not sure what happened. Other than that, the apps work and I get credits as soon as possible. I’ve cashed out money often and I get it almost instant once earned.

I was feeling disappointed when I started having issues with getting credit for some of the games especially since I really liked Scrambly . It may have taken the techs to get back to me but they did and I could not be happier with them and Scrambly . There is so much competition with $ apps and games so they are going to have issues for sure. They do try to rectify the issue and if they can’t they are honest about and offer compensation. I am impressed and satisfied with Scrambly and its creators. Integrity means so much these days 🙏🏼

Having fun playing coins seem to build up pretty quick. I hope the payouts are just as quick.

App keeps crashing won’t even open

Get paid more than WeWard per step and you can redeem as low as $1. But save it up for a big one when you need it :)

I saw a review saying the latest patch was supposed to fix thix but I just tried to open it 80 times to no avail.

I installed about 48 hours ago. I have already earned over 11k points. I figured I would test out the withdrawal speed.

I hit $10 Paypal, entered my email and within seconds the request was approved and within a few minutes my money was in my account!

I can not applaud you enough for an amazing app that does just what your ads state.

Issues are resolved super fast amazing customer service and they allow u to cash out whenever u want highly recommend and appreciate them

So I m giving five stars so people will see I made two dollars and won’t let me cash it out and there no support to call or anything so I’m calling fake unless I see some way of it actually letting me cash out it’s fake

I love Scrambly but my steps aren’t getting converted over from what I can see .. I don’t know what I did wrong but my screen don’t look like yours …This isn’t the account I use I’m on my iPad and seen the ad and remembered I wanted to ask about it
