I tried to delete my account or make it inactive, but this was made really hard + didn't gave any information if it would cancel the payment. So I waited for payment authorisation to decline the payment in this way. Ended up paying without my personal authorisation. But I don't want an account or subscription...

Saw on this instagram and looked cool but after making an account it just said “our servers are full check back later” every time I open the app. For 5 weeks now. Seems like a cool app but if I can’t even get past that screen for so long it’s kind of pointless.

I came across a viral video and thought this app was going to be much better. It’s super basic and has like 3 users on it lol good concept just not executed properly I guess. Maybe get a marketing budget and raise awareness? Not sure/ def plenty of other options in this space.
