I brought Mediamax and it’s not working but now Mediamax is working it want let me download the videos to my picture library it’s useless to me yet again I can’t download it to anything

Scroll down to the one-star reviews and you’ll see Mediamax is a bait-and-switch. A “yearly” subscription for $40 provides you only 30 credits — until next year! And developer spends all his time responding to angry customers trying to defend the scam. They’ll no doubt be back for this review!

UPDATE — Wow, anyone who has any doubts should just look at the developer response here and how defensive and sarcastic they get. Obviously made by some wannabe crypto bros out of a quick buck.

It was advertised as free, but upon downloading, it was not. Mediamax might be good or it might not be; at the very least, we should have the opportunity to try it based on the free trial, and it's important to be honest about your product in your advertising.

I am not joking. Immediately they offer you a subscription. That’s fine, you think you can make a few videos for free! At least 1… I wish, but I am not joking, you can’t make a SINGLE VIDEO without the 40 DOLLARS A YEAR subscription! Terrible app.

I would do 5 stars but I paid for a yearly subscription and the credits don’t replenish daily I mean I paid for the whole year I shouldn’t have to pay for more credits it makes good videos I will say that but I shouldn’t have even ran out of credits

Mediamax is amazing, but I got 30 credits. I bought a yearly subscription. I hope that is not all I get. Please let me know if it is 30 credits per week? Per month? Even per month this seems pretty lame.

What is the difference between Mediamax and your Lum app?

I’m leaving a 5 start review because it’s video quality is amazing, but I have a question. I paid for the yearly subscription and got 30 credits. Is this all the credits I get for an entire year? Or will they regenerate? Please answer and thank you

Super easy to use! As someone with little video editing experience, I was able to create high-quality videos in just minutes. The AI does a great job with my prompts, and the templates make customization simple. It saves me so much time, and the videos look professional.

I’ve used AI apps long enough. Minimax is the best. Kling is second. Yes, Minimax charges but the price is very fair. I’d rather pay for the best, than pay for garbage results. Minimax has the best results for content creators like me. Great job! Keep it up.

It gets 5 stars for the pure fun I’m having. There is a learning curve. The better the prompt and photo that you provide, the better the results.

Mediamax is so good for creating ai generated videos for whatever prompt you enter! Only thing is that I wish there was an option to create videos on the 9:16 ratio!

I was facing an issue and reached out for assistance and was blown away by the timelines of their response . I alternate between 2 IPads which was part of the issue I was facing. They provided with a clear consistency answer and solution. Kudos! I wish tech customers service was the standard, some never respond at all.

Mediamax is absolutely amazing this is without a doubt the best app I’ve come across yet and it’s super easy to use and the price is great I can’t recommend it enough I don’t know how they offer such amazing work for such a small amount of money but I’m so happy they do as well as when I had a problem with my prompts they messaged me back immediately and helped me fix it. It was my fault because I didn’t know exactly how to phrase it but now my videos are blowing up I’m super happy with Mediamax it’s super realistic and super fast even a child could use it but the amazing quality of these videos is unbelievable I will be dropping those expensive apps that don’t even come close to the quality of Mediamax and only use them from now on I can’t believe that every one isn’t talking about Mediamax I’m so happy I found it. It really made my videos a hundred times better these ppl on here leaving bad reviews obviously don’t understand how to use the prompts or just don’t ask for help because they are so kind and have helped me out so much and it’s like 6 dollars are you kidding me I can’t even buy a smoothie for 6 dollars lol and for the quality of these videos it’s like I’m stealing them lol I highly recommend Mediamax because it simply is the very best app out there. It’s sad ppl want something for nothing or blame the company for their lack of knowledge and or too stubborn to ask for help this company gives you not only access to the very best high quality videos but also their team is so kind and super talented and helpful if you just ask for help I did and they were very generous and kind to me I greatly appreciate that and I they have created Mediamax I’ve been looking for so long and finding nothing but very expensive apps rude service and really bad quality Mediamax is a dream come true please never stop because I will never find anything out there as close to perfection as Mediamax and now days you won’t find kind people that are more than willing to help I feel bad for these people because can be just awful these days I wouldn’t want that job lol but I do love Mediamax so much

Just made my first video and it was easy !

The ai videos were pretty amazing, looked realistic. I made a still image of my boyfriend turn into a 5second video of him talking which looked pretty realistic. Being really descriptive with prompts may make your videos look even more excellent. I would recommend Mediamax if you’re looking to create funny, cool and interesting ai videos.

Great but needs to be 10 seconds

Honestly was surprised by how good it was and how cool and addictive! It’s really been such a fun way to addictive too! It’s really easy to make videos, the quality is really better than you’d think. The ability to add motion to static images that have been created in AI is outstanding. Makes them so realistic. Overall very happy with the videos I can create. The support has been very good as well. Helpful in making updates and responding to issues or feedback about image quality. They’ve always responded favorably and have been very pleasant to work with.
