Buggy app & bad customer service

The app constantly tells me I don’t have prior order history when I have several. It runs slow, spinning forever. I received a package yesterday that arrived opened with damaged products. The only option was a return. The company did not care about the packaging or stuff being damaged at all… Shipping white shoes in a BAG 3x its size leaves a lot of room for destruction. Hire better outbound employees??!? Package shoes appropriately?!? Apologize to a very loyal customer for an inconvenience?!? I like the products but the way you treat your customers has a lot of room for improvement.
Sort/Filter not working

I was looking forward to an app from ASICS but unfortunately it’s got a major bug. The sort/filter option in the app doesn’t work. If you attempt to sort or filter by selecting a gender, size, etc. you’ll receive no results, despite there being products available.
Even worse than the web page
