Sadly, I didn’t want to leave a review but I had no other option. I had reached out multiple times to their support team and had very little response. I would provide screen shots of the game error I experienced, which included the very specific information of the game error only to be met with the exact same question I just answered and to also be called the incorrect name on multiple occasions, even when I corrected the customer support person. It was so careless. The games are fun yes, but when actual prizes and money are on the line, people tend to pay more attention, which is why I was meticulously paying attention. It’s hard earned money being lost, err what feels like it’s just being taken at this point because no one is following up with me or correcting the issues. Even a simple apology, refund, credit or anything would have sufficed because it’s clearly an app issue right in front of us, but instead it just is ignored and no follow up…. I liked this site and spent a lot of money here, but my days are numbered I think, because if it’s just going to be frustrating each time something happens or no customer service, it seems like it’s best to spend money somewhere that I can rely on.
