I downloaded and deposited 100 dollars. I placed a 2 leg parlay. One leg pushed and one leg won. Instead of reverting the parlay to pay out just the one leg like every sportsbook does they refunded the bet. It should’ve paid 200 instead of a 100 dollar refund. I try to contact support on their app and it’s just a bot who doesn’t answer. I go on their website and click contact us and the link doesn’t work. I legit have no way to contact them to tell them that my bet paid incorrectly. Not quite sure what to do.

I signed up because I got an ad saying that if I deposited $10 and placed a winning bet that I would be awarded $200 in bonus funds. I won the bet and they never gave me anything, then I went to support and they proceeded to act like they didn’t know what I was talking about. Now my $10 is stuck in Gwin because they say you can’t “withdraw” until you have $50 in your balance. They also take 10% of your winnings when you withdraw. Such a scam of an app, will be reporting them to the BBB.

Don’t use Gwin I repeat don’t use Gwin it’s a scam.. I deposit $20 into the account and was supposed to get a bonus free bet if your bet loses and never received it anything. Tired contracting them but they was giving me the run around

If i could give this 0 stars I would. You cannot get ahold of support, the support on the website cannot be accessed so you are getting no help when you have questions. There are ads saying if you bet 5$ you get 200$ in bonus bets, but that promo does not exist on their app. Gwin seems very unprofessional and I would not use it.

I got a series of bets where I couldn’t lose but it all expired in about 1 day from when I signed up.
Also you can deposit any amount but to have $50 to withdraw.

Gwin looks like a scam, said Bert $5 get $250 instant, immediately upon signing up it says a different promo then what I got advertised, also when I went to the contact section in their website it redirected me to a non existent email, they don’t care about us only profits. Also can’t even read the terms, the devs made sure that lol

Works fine when making a deposit of course, but when trying to redeem, you’re told to verify your account and there is no option to do so anywhere. Also none of the links work within Gwin as far as checking the terms of use, sweeps rules etc.. the buttons don’t work at all.

Hello, I have been trying to withdraw for a couple of days now my $60 but it seems like it’s not coming because the review date is not shortening. Also I originally signed up to Gwin because I saw an ad that said if you bet five and win you get 250 but I never received that

Ok, I was a skeptic of this place, but I’m willing to give 5/5 stars because my first withdraw was almost instant. My second withdraw is taking a bit more time but I’m pretty confident I’ll receive it!

For new users, you get a 10-day span where you can bet up to 100 dollars, and if it your bet loses, you will be refunded in bonus bets. (Just make sure 24 hours has passed between bets for this to apply)

There is a pretty hefty withdraw fee, of literally 10%! So if you withdraw 1000, the fee is literally 100 dollars.

However, for now, the new user 10-day (up to 1000 bucks back in bonus bets if you lose) is keeping me playing.

Hopefully, in the future, you can drop that withdraw fee down to 2% or 3% to be more reasonable!

Overall, I am winning so far, and there’s a wide variety of sports to place predictions on! 👍

Hi, I accidentally bought $100 worth of coins instead of cash. Can I please get a refund or just get the real $100?

Lacks player prop bets or any bets at all outside of money line the spread and total over under for the games. I did win my first bet.

FALSE ADVERTISING of 250$ IF YOUR 5$ BET WINS No customer support , also have to pay 10% of winnings to withdraw a company that will fail in the long run just a quick money grab wouldn’t install this trash app again

I will n a few times so far and you do have to cash out 50 or more but I received my payout within 5-20 minutes and that’s being dramatic it was like 5 minutes lol loving it so far

Love that you get coins to play with I have been able to get my winning bets needs more sports added on to Gwin like boxing matches
