Didn't work at all and took my money.

I have contact the support they didn't help either, I had to contact apple to request my refund or will to my credit card

I went to get LumAI to mess with my friends. With so called “free” features they still try to make you pay. Nothing is actually free. When I subscribed for the week and then canceled 2 of my ai creations didn’t even come out even after the 12 hour peak time. LumAI is fraudulent and they don’t care about you. Stay away from it.

If a text is in the background of a video it should be in the language of the creator of the video or specific language described by the prompt. In the video I simply created, all words in the background were random letters not words at all, a phone number not even prompted to be in the video. The background looked if you dropped the alphabet on a blackboard.

LumAI claims a subscription is $10 per week, but it only gives access to five videos — and that’s not clear at all! The interface is ridiculously confusing and I feel completely ripped off! They should clearly state that each video costs $2 so users aren’t misled. I'm really angry with them

I’ve tried a lot of AI apps and usually feel frustrated - they require way too much prompt-crafting and tweaking to get decent results. But LumAI is refreshingly different! The built-in presets make it so simple to create quality videos without a ton of effort or detailed prompts. The results are impressive, and I don’t have to spend ages figuring out how to get the AI to understand my ideas. Highly recommend for anyone skeptical about AI apps and looking for a more straightforward experience
