Close and restart the Rune app on iPhone
Update Rune app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rune iPhone app

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Rune app issues:

Force Stop the Rune App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Rune app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Rune to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rune App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Rune app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Rune.

Fix Rune unable to contact server/ Rune internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Rune » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Rune » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rune on android.
