How to fix Caze app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Caze app on iPhone
Update Caze app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Caze iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Caze on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Caze network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Caze Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Caze not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Caze App
1. On android, goto Settings » Caze » click [Force Stop]

Update Caze to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Caze App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Caze » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Caze.

Fix Caze unable to contact server/ Caze internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Caze » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Caze » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
