We have had problems using the app since my husband updated the payment method in March. Now the app is working for my husband but I get an error message every time I try to use app to buy gas.

App would not work. Get error message everyone else gets. I rebooted my phone and it worked. Not sure why this continues to be an issue. This has happened before but never tried rebooting. Should not have to reboot for app to work. Fix EM you have $$$$$.
Exxon Mobil Rewards App has stopped working. Deleted and reinstalled on iPhone and still will not connect. Error message: "Something happened - an error occurred. Please try again later. I cannot use at the gas pumps anymore.
Having thecsame issue as others have reported here. The app only seems to work when I'm connected to my home wifi, which is very strange. Doesn't work via cellular data at any stations. When I finally DID get it to work the receipt said I saved .10 cents/gallon, however the price didn't reflect that, they essentially gave me the cash price for using my rewards card. ExxonMobil fix your damn system; gas prices and your profits are exuberantly high and you can't make the app work properly... WTF??

Exxon mobile app will not work using cellular data. It does appear to work using WI-FI which is completely useless for me as I don’t have access to Wi-Fi at the gas station.
App is not working on the phone at any station. We got $50 in gas yesterday in one car and not only did the app not work, the rewards number didn’t either. So we missed double points for AARP day. Today we wanted to take advantage of the 4x offer before 10am and the app didn’t work again. By the time we got home to get the actual card we had missed the deadline which we would have gotten 4x on $65! This app needs to get back up and running. We lost a lot of points due to the app not working.

Every time I use the app I get the message something went wrong. I know my password and email are correct but I changed the password anyway and it still won’t work. Guess I will be using my Amoco/BP app!!
Cannot login to app
App will not accept my email address and password. Customer Service has verified that my email is correct and we have tried both reinstalling the app and changing password, and it still does not work. This has been an ongoing issue for the last three weeks.
