App rarely works

There are way too many flaws and dysfunctions. They say you can do zelle but mine doesn’t work. I’ve called twice and nobody bothers to call me back with a resolution. Constant maintenance and still an app that is only working half the time. Lately with when log in and go to your account and then it boots you out and you have to re login, again. It’s so frustrating, and time consuming. In todays digital world these things matter. The only reason I haven’t changed banks is because it’s been years of being with arrowheads & the inconvenience of changing everything over to a new bank would be a pain. But if the issues persist I will.
Horrible login

This app is terrible it constantly crashes and then forgets all of my sign-in settings -yes, I keep my apps up to date and I gave it permission to use biometrics on this phone through settings.
- I have my banking apps set up with biometrics so I can automatically sign in with Face ID. The app allows us to set up biometrics but it barely works and then the “remember me” option is faulty as well. I’m constantly being forced to enter my login information when I have biometrics set up and the remember me option selected.
I have no problem remembering my login information it’s just frustrating to have these faster login options that rarely work.
Not loving the new APP

Just logged into the new app and it looks like all my payments will now be made through Apple Pay. So much extra. The old app worked great, this took days to update! Was not ready when it was promised, all the extra steps so not cool. Not user friendly at all… I’m NOT looking forward to the phone calls from grams because she can’t use this one… so upset! 😪 My mom is even struggling and she’s pretty tech savvy… Arrowhead, please figure this out, who approved this garbage!?
