Customer service is horrible . Chat service is broken. Lying developer says they have 24/ 7 chat service ? Joke lol . No one responds to any issues . Happy to take your money . odds are lenient on the app do you know why ? Because you cannot withdraw anything from the app . No one responds they threw and broken app to us , deposits work great . Withdrawal nope not even a single $ can be withdraw because there is no one to respond every one is ghost . They have one voice number where voice keeps repeating saying agents are busy ? Come on there are no agents it’s a ghost app . Avoid at all costs !!!

Old time VIP customer of Virgin Casino. When they changed over to MONOPOLY Casino in November, everything went downhill big time. Customer service is now nonexistent took one hour and 45 minutes to finally talk to someone on the phone who couldn’t help me and told he would have to have a technical team look into it. Never heard back from anybody. Their response to slow customer service will be sometimes of our volume.. Or for some reason when it was Virgin Casino, you could always talk to someone, so something is definitely changed here. I had a VIP host who used to call me weekly, I’ve never heard from anybody since it was changed to MONOPOLY Casino. If you don’t want my money, I will move it elsewhere.

I had a weekly deposit limit with Virgin Casino that I hadn’t reached when they changed to Monopoly. It has been a week and I cannot deposit in my account because it says my weekly limit has been reached. In 3 customer service convos, the best I’ve gotten is “we’ll email you when it’s fixed.” No compensation offered or playback. Nothing.
Tempted to post the convo on Reddit so people can see their ineptitude. Deposit limits are a basic function of online casinos. This changeover to Monopoly was so poorly done. Finding another casino after almost ten years playing Virgin.
