Refuse to give refund, this is by far the biggest scam targeting seniors over 50 making it not only a financial scam, but targeting people in a protected class. It’s bait and switch! Do not fall for this scam. They do not send anything even remotely resembling what they advertise. It’s an app to play a simulation of financial “education” on pretend money to “learn” how to “trade” while charging you thousands of dollars while you play a game and never see any ROI. Don’t fall for another Chinese scam! Apple needs to ban this scam immediately, they have more than 200 sites, so far, scamming! Please don’t let them take your hard earned money!

Don’t waste your money! The info is so basic something you could learn in first grade. They trick you into purchasing more from their introductory rates. There marketing info is misleading and don’t honor their 30 day back guarantee. It’s a joke of a company and don’t care about their customers they are just taking in money left and right. Once again DO NOT PURCHASE Finelo, it putting money down the drain, use your money to invest but not in this company!

I was deceived by this ad, believing it to be an INVESTMENT app—it is not. It’s a simulator and teaching app that tells you very basic details about how the stock market works and how to invest. After being suckered into another $40 for the lifetime AI assistant, again, believing it to be an investment app, I quickly realized with the first use, it was not what I wanted or needed.

I contacted customer service immediately, cancelled the subscription and made a point by point case for getting a refund since I had JUST paid and was not satisfied with the service. They refused to refund my money. Think about that! Imagine purchasing a product, barely using it and realizing it would not work for you, taking it back to the store—with your receipt—and then telling you, tough! Too bad. It’s our money now. Use our product or don’t, we don’t care.” If I could give this customer service negative 5 stars, I would. Be warned before you give them any of the money you earned. You can flush it down the toilet and get the same result.

I’ve only been able to do one lesson so far. I acquired a “three day subscription” for free and then after I pay $9.99 a month. That part is fine! I’m willing to pay and learn about how stocks work and investing in them as well.

The reason I’m only giving 2 stars is this: I did one lesson and now it’s saying my subscription is up and I have to renew. I can’t do anything else in Finelo until I renew. What a letdown…

The more I use it, the more I like this! I was very skeptical at first because there are tons of copycat. “places” out there that promise you the world but that crash and burn after you give them your money. This is still a work in progress for me. You also get out what you put into something so I’m giving this a good effort

Just wanna say I’m brand new to this and the process from the very first lesson has been easily understood and I would recommend this to anybody willing to learn

Loving the fact that the information is in layman’s terms, and I love the quizzes at the end helps me retain the information. Also helps challenges me in knowing the information.

Just started with the lesson about investing. Very informative and makes the lesson easy to understand. Getting more excited as I progress also very interstimg. Would highly recommend this to my friends and loved ones.

I thought I had to take a course at a community college in order to learn about the stock markets. Which I did one time and learn nothing. This totally simplifies it so anybody can understand step-by-step. Exactly what I was looking for.

I’m writing this review because I know how important this is to businesses these days I downloaded Finelo and found the advertisement via IG took the initial investment quiz and felt like I was fairly engaged to what the lesson was trying to teach me. Look forward to learning more about investing and hopefully eventually become a successful investor and reach my goals

The training was wonderful and this is exactly what I needed to get started and I know now how some of the stuff is done when you’re trading and how it’s market how much money you put in how much money you get out so I really love this. This is really good. This is a good training to have everybody should do it, especially if you are novice like me.

If you know nothing about investing and passive income, but are eager to learn at your own pace and have all the hard stuff summarized…well this is Finelo for you!!! I have already learned so much about potential financial freedom. I cannot wait to finish the rest of my lessons and start changing my financial future for the better!!

I’ve just started using Finelo and so far just being walked through everything with explanations and small test to keep you engaged. So far so good. I haven’t gotten to the good stuff yet like making money. But I believe by following along with how it’s going I think I can really accomplish some things here . Very excited for the future

I really like Finelo, so far I am very happy with the results. It is so easy to understand when you listen instead of reading. I do recommend!
