When I signed up and paid the $60 for 3 separate things I thought 1 of those charges was for the investing. No big deal. But when I submitted my payment, I was not informed of any reccuring payment nor was I given any option to cancel recurring payments. You guys took $81 and change (which would be more than recurring charges. Did you add a feature that I didn't request?)on the 30th of January, 2026 from my card ending in 2965 and I want that back, please. I don't mind paying for a month even though I feel I was tricked into it and your lessons would let me past a section that I passed already for a week. I only wanted to try your app. I didn't know I was committed. Thank you.

I was deceived by this ad, believing it to be an INVESTMENT app—it is not. It’s a simulator and teaching app that tells you very basic details about how the stock market works and how to invest. After being suckered into another $40 for the lifetime AI assistant, again, believing it to be an investment app, I quickly realized with the first use, it was not what I wanted or needed.

I contacted customer service immediately, cancelled the subscription and made a point by point case for getting a refund since I had JUST paid and was not satisfied with the service. They refused to refund my money. Think about that! Imagine purchasing a product, barely using it and realizing it would not work for you, taking it back to the store—with your receipt—and then telling you, tough! Too bad. It’s our money now. Use our product or don’t, we don’t care.” If I could give this customer service negative 5 stars, I would. Be warned before you give them any of the money you earned. You can flush it down the toilet and get the same result.

Refuse to give refund, this is by far the biggest scam targeting seniors over 50 making it not only a financial scam, but targeting people in a protected class. It’s bait and switch! Do not fall for this scam. They do not send anything even remotely resembling what they advertise. It’s an app to play a simulation of financial “education” on pretend money to “learn” how to “trade” while charging you thousands of dollars while you play a game and never see any ROI. Don’t fall for another Chinese scam! Apple needs to ban this scam immediately, they have more than 200 sites, so far, scamming! Please don’t let them take your hard earned money!
