How to fix Salesmaster app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Salesmaster app on iPhone
Update Salesmaster app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Salesmaster iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Salesmaster on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Salesmaster network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Salesmaster Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Salesmaster not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Salesmaster App
1. On android, goto Settings » Salesmaster » click [Force Stop]

Update Salesmaster to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Salesmaster App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Salesmaster » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Salesmaster.

Fix Salesmaster unable to contact server/ Salesmaster internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Salesmaster » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Salesmaster » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
