The idea is very appealing and I was hoping it would work. I’m without a job after all and dumping 40 for 2 weeks of subscription with Massive was a waste of my time and money.
You have a limited set of job titles you can select when deciding how to filter your job search.
They should mainly focus on recent job posts! I was getting jobs that had been posted up to 6 month ago! We all know those aren’t relevant anymore, anything a week old may already have 100s of applications. ATS / Recruiters may have already reposted the same job as new.
Also, the mail/messages management is a mess. You can’t tell which ones are for which job, or what the communication is about. Unless recruiter systems are properly set up, emails have a generic subject and you have to click and re read old messages just to help you remember what it was about. This is sold as an AI tool, but is just for the application process. I’ve saved time, yes, but the tracking of 10s of applications daily, after a week or 2, is just as time consuming as applying on your own.
