I have ApplyMe and have been writing essays for it for some time. It’s an extremely helpful app, but you will encounter limitations if you don’t have deep pockets. You have limited swipes a day, which means you can only select a few scholarships you like before it says “wait 24 hours or buy more swipes”. I mean, I won’t bash them for trying to make some money. But after a while, you start to realize that ads tend to cover the page; “unswipes” cost money (that means if you accidentally swipe left on a scholarships, there ain’t no going back unless you got 99 cents to blow). Say you get a scholarship that doesn’t apply to you; you can’t fix that... because you need premium to set preferences and filters to which scholarships you receive. And along with that, you can expect to see a few glitches. Now, these things may seem small but when you combine them all together, you can imagine how tainted ApplyMe can feel.

ApplyMe is a great idea. One place to find a plethora of scholarships. However i have had endless struggles logging in. Every time i close out of ApplyMe , it logs me out. Then when i try to log back in, it doesn’t recognise my email or password. I try to reset my password, but it says that my email isn’t connected to any account. It is beyond frustrating trying to get financial help in order to go to college. the limited swipes are annoying as well. I am using this application because I need money, so in short I need to spend money on an app in order to even look at more than 15 scholarships. I will not likely be using ApplyMe again seeing as how my account doesn't seem to exist.

I’m liking it so far, but I have encountered a problem that a lot of users are also having. It’s the message of saying ‘oops something went wrong.’ That is unacceptable. I found out that writing down your essays on the main form works, but attaching documents doesn’t work. I feel like that is the thing that causes the error message. There are some essays that wants you to attach. And if ApplyMe doesn’t allow me to attach my essays, this is simply a recipe for disaster. It would be lovely if the team can please fix this.

It’s a good app. It helps you to find scholarships and you can even submit them through ApplyMe . It was working just fine for the first few weeks but all of the sudden it kicked me out. When i tried to re enter it said that the email wasn’t matching with anything in their database. Then u tried to open a new account with the same email it was already used. I can’t even get to my own account! Please fix this.

Wonderful with finding scholarships but freezes up often.

ApplyMe makes it very easy to find good applications and makes it easy to apply. I have already applied to quite a few. However, I never hear back from anyone. Not with any of my scholarships. Not all might, but certainly at least some of the organizations I’ve applied to will respond letting you know if you didn’t win? I have yet to hear anyone say they’ve received any sort of feedback. I would have purchased the pro account by now if I knew this wasn’t a waste of time.

I just downloaded ApplyMe and I loved it at first because of convenience. However, I started writing some drafts and accidentally hit the APPLY NOW button at the end of the screen. This could totally be due to lack of sleep on my end. But now I have 2 scholarship apps floating around with just my name and email. There should be a message that pops up that says “are you sure?” Or something. Possibly a way to undo it or even send a follow up so you could apologise and attach the completed essay.

ApplyMe is the easiest way to sort through and apply for scholarships! Even for a busy senior in Highschool. It would be nice if they had a computer app or site (maybe they do I have not checked.) as typing out an essay on my phone is not preferable. But that’s not a major issue.

Great access to scholarships but ... I wrote a 1,000 word essay & when I was ready to submit , it gave me an error message & the scholarship disappeared . When I went to the site of the scholarship provider , the end due date was completely different than the date ApplyMe showed , & I ended being a month late . Before applying , look up the provider & check to make sure ApplyMe has it correct . Not pleased with ApplyMe .

I love ApplyMe. It's easy to use, not just for finding scholarships but applying as well. I wish I could organize the scholarships I've "matched" with by deadline and it's kind of annoying that uploading files operates like old Windows where you can't have spaces in the doc name but those are minor complaints. Overall it's amazing.

I actually really recommend ApplyMe, it’s basically a tinder app but for scholarships. It matches you up with scholarships based on your interests and personal information. It does give you other scholarships not related to what you’re studying/interested in, and I wish it wouldn’t do that sometimes.

Submit thru the website link but this is a good app for finding the scholarships. I feel like when they send ur application for the scholarship, the format in the “sent” section of ApplyMe looks strange and not formatted how I would have if I was applying for something. There are no new lines or commas and it seems really strange to me... if ApplyMe developer can explain this I’ll change my rating and review ...

I don’t mean to be mean, but I’m gonna be honest. I’ve been looking through many different apps for scholarships and this one specifically got me messed up. I’ve applied to over 60 scholarships through this one app, and now it’s going to say I have no account. I reached out to customer service and I’ve heard nothing. Not trying to be a Karen but I’m trying to prevent the same thing from happening to anyone else.

I tried to log in online to be able to better fill out my applications and it occurred to me that the platform on ApplyMe and the desktop are completely different. You have to pay on desktop to see scholarships. No one wants to apply to a scholarship over a device. Also when I tried logging in on desktop from the account I already made, it all the sudden didn’t exist.👎🏾

Seemed like a great app until I tried to create an account and got an error message, so I tried to log in using facebook, and still got an error message.

From reading the reviews it seemed to work before but lately hasn’t worked and many people have gotten the same error message I have

I actually like the idea of an app that helps you get scholarships so you have more money to go to college.

I agree it’s a great app. However there are log in problems. I’ve been logged out several times and can’t log back in. ApplyMe keeps announcing my account doesn’t exist when it clearly does.

I find the scholarship that I’m interested in easily. But due to my app not letting me into my account I can’t apply to new scholarship.

I can’t speak with other phones but ApplyMe itself is very frustrating to do it.

Before I loved ApplyMe. I was able to send out my essays and everything and now I can’t get to send them??? All I get is a OPPS SORRY!! Please fix because I slaved over these bloody essays and I need to send them. Also when do I hear back whether or not I won?????????

I like the concept of being able to swipe left or right for scholarships but ApplyMe always closes itself out when I try to open it.

First of all, ApplyMe is not user-friendly. Done of the buttons are poorly placed and trigger the wrong result, apps pop up at inconvenient times so that you accidentally click on them, and ApplyMe tries in every way possible to make you pay them for the pro version. I don't know about you, but I really don't want to pay money while I'm trying to earn money. There's a much better way for developers to set up ApplyMe.
