Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever AIHO app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix AIHO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AIHO app on iPhone
Update AIHO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AIHO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AIHO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AIHO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

AIHO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AIHO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent AIHO app issues:

Force Stop the AIHO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click AIHO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update AIHO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AIHO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "AIHO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch AIHO.

Fix AIHO unable to contact server/ AIHO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click AIHO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got AIHO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AIHO on android.
