Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Nicegram app issues:

Force Stop the Nicegram App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Nicegram app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Nicegram to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nicegram App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Nicegram app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Nicegram.
