How to fix Felo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Felo app on iPhone
Update Felo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Felo iPhone app

To resolve Felo network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Felo app issues:

Force Stop the Felo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Felo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Felo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Felo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Felo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Felo.

Fix Felo unable to contact server/ Felo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Felo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Felo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Felo on android.
