This app has not been working for months. I have uninsured and reset passwords and checked for updates several times. I call the school they say to call the app number. Noone answers ever!!!

I can log in but the app will not refresh and I made 2 payments and they’re not showing up. It’s still stuck on October 20, 2022! Fix the damn app. It’s been weeks since I’ve been trying to load money onto my child’s account. You people are the worst at customer service too. I call and have to hold for hours and nobody ever answers the phone. Get your crap together!!!

My app will never open as soon as i log in it immediately tells me my session has ended and that an error has occurred this has happened for the past 3 weeks straight everyday. Someone needs to do something about this asap
