Eptura Hummingbird Reviews

EpturaHummingbird is completely garbage. I can’t tell you the last time I reviewed an app, but this one is warranted. EpturaHummingbird is how my company books office space desks for daily work. Half the time it won’t either let me login, or load the seat map. When it does load the seat map, it shows me seats that are available that actually are taken. Today, I go all the way through the sign on and using Face ID and everything and it finally times out and says unable to reach site. Something has got to give. EpturaHummingbird needs some love. But since being bought out by Eptura, it has only gotten worse.

I downloaded EpturaHummingbird as it kept popping up on my phone. Now, I cannot delete it! Each times, it keeps coming back.

I wonder if this is a virus!

I tried to login and not even once I was able to login. USELESS

EpturaHummingbird more often than not will not display open desks for reservations.

This is a garbage app that doesn’t work. It won’t even link to my company’s single sign on rendering it absolutely useless. Thanks for making nothing of value.

For the last month very hard to log on but then works when I don’t need it

Should be renamed Dead Bird because EpturaHummingbird never hums along. Crashes constantly, takes forever to load. Very frustrating experience nearly every time.

In the last few months EpturaHummingbird has stopped working. Does not show the future reservations, can’t make reservations, and logs me out often. Please fix!

There’s a reason the rating for EpturaHummingbird is slow low. “Uh-oh” love getting this when I try and look up a person’s location. Super helpful. /s

Come on, let’s get this figured out.

It’s a buggy and moody app. Sometimes works likes a charm and most of the times, it doesn’t work. Developers need to invest in EpturaHummingbird to take care of logging in issues (if the developers are listening).

EpturaHummingbird doesn’t show up anywhere on the Home Screen. I have to do a search for it, so I can’t remove it and try to reinstall or just get rid of it since it’s useless. When I do try to open it and login, it crashes every time.

Both EpturaHummingbird and companies service as a whole are absolutely terrible. Constant glitches and a full lack of customer support across-the-board even when you get people to write back, makes it a terrible experience. Do not support this horrid service.

EpturaHummingbird is terrible. Since I work in a hybrid environment, I’m REQUIRED by my company to use it to reserve a desk space. I don’t think I have received the “Oops, an error occurred” message more in my life, assuming EpturaHummingbird loads at all. I have to try 30-50 times to reserve a space, but more often than not I just go into the office and hope to find an open desk. EpturaHummingbird is a disaster.

Basically, when you open EpturaHummingbird there is no reserve button, there is no scan QR code option. You can if you hold onto EpturaHummingbird in your Home Screen and go to quick actions. If you do, then it’ll open up the correct location but won’t allow you to reserve, select a date, or really do anything other than stare at it.

If you decide to use the floor plan and scroll through and click on the space you want, good luck. Every time you click anywhere it hops around to other options for some reason thinking they’re what I wanted in focus. Completely unusable for me.

It logs out almost every day. It cannot log back often. When you actually able to login it fails to book a spot with a generic error message or fails to show the spot on the map or fails to show bookable spots

EpturaHummingbird used to work great but this last week I have been getting a Page Expired error when trying to log in.

EpturaHummingbird is really difficult to navigate and I’ve bumped into several bugs along the way. Great concept though!
