I just signed up last night on my Apple desktop computer. I’ve had no problems. Today, I installed the app for my iPhone. I enter my login information, but it doesn’t recognize it. I attempt to do a password reset through the app, but the button to submit. My email address is inactive. Have attempted this four times already. Tried disabling VPN. Made no difference.
