SEPTAPark needs polish. There’s no handling on what’s happening behind the scenes. If there’s an error or field required it gives the perception of being unresponsive.
SEPTAPark is awful. Cant even create an account due to my “phone number already being used”. Try to chat with SEPTA and they say to use SEPTAPark to request help. As of now, there is no way to contact anyone over SEPTAPark if you dont have an account
I tried multiple time to create an account. I am able to type my email and a password. When I tap the “finish” bar, nothing happens. It’s like my phone is frozen.
App keeps crashing!
No Apple Pay support, constant internet connection error, separate username and password compared to the existing app.
The app stopped working. I tried changing my password, deleting the app and reloading it. Nothing works. I do not want to get a ticket...again because the app stopped working.
