After updating ATHMóvil to version 3.1.1 it keeps displaying the password is incorrect. It only let me login on ATHMóvil after unblocking the account. But when logout and try to login again, will continue displaying password incorrect even after been sure of entering the correct password. The account gets blocked after several attempts. I'm benig careful to type password correctly. If I login in on a computer with a browser, after restablishing the password, no problem.

Version 5.3.0 is now working and accepting the password. Thank you for making it work back again. I rank this version 4 stars.

Since April 2021 ATHMóvil keep giving a message that need to be upgraded but they appear to drop the support for iOS 10.4 and the web link is not accessible anymore. Disappointed.

Constantly getting an error “ATH Movil Not Found”. Most times, to solve it, I have to delete and download ATHMóvil . This is extremely annoying specially if you are trying to pay a business and the cashier is waiting for your payment.

As mentioned bu another reviewer, we also have the security questions. I entered the correct values and all of its variations and it never worked. Why do I have 3 security questions If I only get asked the same one. On top of that if I try to recover the account without my card next to me all cards get the activated. This is extremely stupid. PayPal doesn’t make reconfirm your bank account if you have to reset your password. Well, I actually entered the password and pin correctly but this still happened.

For my individual account, the service has been great with minor hiccups.
For the Business Account, it has been a mess after I changed my card.
After a new card was provided, I proceeded to update it on my AtH business and it worked fine for 2 days. after that they blocked me, then it was unblocked and now the log in does not recognize my user, nor my email and I am unable to accept payments under business ath movil.
It has been a struggle for these last 2 months to have direct customer service since my scenario is not on the FAQs and the lines are super busy.
The representative at the Bank told me they cannot help, only ATH movil section and they have their line supper busy and the system telling you to call later since overwhelming amount of call. So not even “wait for us” or “we will call u back”.
This has been a downer on the business side. The individual side, great though.

When iOS 14 came out, I had to enter my login info again and sometimes said that the e-mail was “not found”, other times said the password “was incorrect”. Tried answering the security questions, and guess what, EVERYTHING WAS INCORRECT. Tried unlocking the account on a desktop and it went worse: wrote the answers and got no response, just got redirected back to the homepage. Tried 3 different browsers, with the same outcome. At this point I even tried creating a new account, but that was not an option since my phone number is already linked to my actual account. There’s no customer support, Evertec has social media accounts but they never answer. I hope no one else goes through this.

There’s a bug that when connected to several ISPs on the island like Neptuno you won’t be able to login. It will keep saying incorrect credentials until you’re on LTE or a different Wifi.

Also, I don’t know what was the reasoning behind changing the order of the transfer between cards but now is very confusing. The first option is moving money TO and then FROM when it should be the other way around and the summary screen does not clarifies which account are you sending the money to/from.

For a decent time, I have been experiencing the same problem almost every time I use ATHMóvil. When I try to send money a notification pops up saying “Your account session has expired. You would be logged out for security reasons.” I try again, and log out and it keeps popping the same notification.
This is an extremely annoying and unnecessary situation that brings a lot of problem when you try to buy something quickly. It’s time consuming and unfortunate for the cashier while they wait for ATHMóvil to finally respond.

Fix this.

ATHMóvil itself works great and is very convenient to send money to a person or business. However, recently I tried logging in and it kept saying my password was invalid. I tried resetting and ATHMóvil kept refreshing back to the homepage. I tried on the website and did the same thing with no luck. I even re-downloaded ATHMóvil and it let me reset, but still isn’t accepting my new password. I still cannot log in. There is no customer service to fix this. Please fix ATHMóvil issue!!!!

Why when I log in instead of giving me the choice to put my password it automatically goes to the questions . And the questions aren’t the ones I have programmed . So fix it already because this has happened several times .

Just on Feb. 4, 2020, I changed (again) my credentials because the computer asked me a question that never was formulated to me when I open my ATH Móvil. Today, just 13 days later with no activity, again I tried to access my account to send money to somebody and again had no access because the site asked me a question that never was formulated to me before. Thing is that apparently they don’t save the original questions like brand of first car, name of pet, city of marriage, and keep changing the questions which I found very bothersome. Please, put your act together.

He’s very good he’s very reliable but the only issue that I really have is I cannot use it on my Apple Watch I’m trying to use very few transactions with my Apple Watch and every time I use my Apple Watch it said transfer error so I really appreciate if you can fix it because it’s very annoying I only use my iPhone and sometimes I just want to use my Apple Watch to do the transaction and I can’t do it and it’s very frustrating

Please due to the situation we have to send money to people and the limit being $500 is very stressful to be able to pay different things daily using ATHMóvil . Same as the limit in autobanco went from $3000 in transactions to $10,000 due to this situation can you please change this limit with athmovil. Thank you

Constantly getting error messages, constantly asking for password and security questions even though I have ATHMóvil set with touch iD. Always is on maintenance or ATHMóvil says that “session isn’t valid” when I use the correct password and correct security questions. Is annoying and stupid, multiple times when I have needed ATHMóvil most it has failed me, very unreliable hence the review. The service was MUCH better if not excellent when you could use it directly from Mi Banco Móvil app.

There is no option that lets me change my name or fix it. Even checked with the bank and nothing can be done. I say that’s pretty sucky and they need to work on that option. I know It was a mistake on my part, but having a wrong name and not being able to change it is ridiculous. And what about the people who changed their name? What if they want to change their name and ATHMóvil doesn’t let them?

BE CAREFUL when you make transactions using ATHMóvil. If you make a mistake and send money to the wrong phone number, the bank simply CAN’T HELP YOU (unless it’s a number that is not registered). So you either work things out with the other person (and it depends on how willing the person is to help you and believe me, some people ARE NOT willing at all) or you lose your money. So the bank can’t do anything to cancel a transaction.

I’ve had a recent issue where i tried to send money to someone but it gave me a pop up message saying there was an errors and wouldn’t allow me to send the money. Please fix this issue through an update soon.

Hi: when I try to send money to a person ATHMóvil crash. I need to shutdown the phone, restart and then sometimes it works. If I select any other function like pay yo Business or transfer between cards it works fine and no crash is experienced.

I don’t know what happened to it but about 2 months ago it had been a nightmare trying to login. Messages like invalid section, incorrect password, doing maintenances, etc... is what it does all the time. I was able to login only once, the rest, -forget about it-

It use to work fine, but now is a total screwed. it deserves not even a star. I’m thinking to close all my accounts at Banco Popular and move to another bank. For real!

After last update ATH móvil is not working correctly. I have to enter several times before I can really use it. Too many errors. Some like: no cards added, error reading thumb, not accepting answers to security questions, login you out with the message that time as expired are just some of the daily issues with ATHMóvil. Please fix it ASAP. I need it. It used to be easy and reliable.

That app’s amazing but minor details missing. My problem it’s with the activity middle and card tab at the bottom. As the X has no physical home button but this lower tab in ATHMóvil it’s below the digital home button which makes it awkward to click and use this tab. Thanks for the great app.

I’ve had ATHMóvil since it became popular. My parents had the easiest time sending money when I needed because I live away from the states. Ever since last September a notification pops up saying that the system is under maintenance and I am unable to log in. How am I supposed to help my sister out when she needs it at that moment?

I have reinstalled ATHMóvil and the notification still pops up. Really disappoints me.

Been having problem with logging into the account. i enter the 4-digit security number and just vibrates and stay on that 4digit security number screen. Resulting in me having the account blocked and having to reactive it. It seems like the only way to gain access to my account. How can I access my money if I can’t even log in properly? Please fix!

Hey, I like ATHMóvil but needs an option to where you can clear your recent contacts to who you’ve sent money to. Haven’t used ATHMóvil in awhile but would be great if we had that option. We need to be able to clear that list. It’s just crazy that something this simple hasn’t been implemented yet.

When accessing ATHMóvil through wifi it only stays on the login page, and when I put in my login pin, it doesn’t respond

Whenever i try to Log in my Account the password invalid and i have to change it and even if i have changed my password still the old one & enters to ATHMóvil whenever it wants , Face ID dosent work good tho even if i put my face i have to put my passcode isn’t worth it its a good app but some stuff really mess me up 😤

When the user does logout, SmartID shouldn’t run automatically, otherwise if you are in front of the camera, you are logged in again, creating a loop.

I only use it for 2-3 times and then... *Account Blocked* and have to reset all over. And even putting right credentials, it always gives an (wrong info error)i think its the captcha. and its so annoying and makes ATHMóvil almost useless.

Hello I would like, to know if are a way to delete previous number them I make a transfer. From the recent.

Its an excellent app to send money without having to go directly to someone or somewhere but i can not change my old phone number to my new one, can i get any help?

Stressful app to work with, I expected more from a company that has control over atms.

After last update,Finally could reset my account and regain access to ATHMóvil ! (Because CSRs didn’t help much) Whoever is in charge ofthe project has finally learning how to do stuff.

It has a bug at least on ios, when you try to fix a word the magnifying glass doesn't mark the current segue.

I really like the idea behind ATHMóvil, but the fact that I can’t use it because I belong to Scotiabank. I wish they can get in contact and make this happen, because having to switch banks to use ATHMóvil will be very troublesome.

Recommendation on the daily receipts add a transaction date in order to show to cashier real time transaction and not a possible screen shot. Thanks
